Platform Content: All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on TownSquare are the property of TownSquare or their respective owners. You may not use these without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Content

You may also request account deletion at any time through your Settings page.

7. ELO Reputation System

TownSquare uses an ELO-based reputation system to rank content and users. Your reputation score is calculated based on community interactions with your content. TownSquare reserves the right to adjust reputation calculations and algorithms without prior notice to maintain platform quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

TownSquare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TownSquare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
• Your use of the Service is at your own risk

9. Disclaimer

TownSquare does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any user-generated content. Any reliance on content posted by other users is at your own risk. TownSquare is a platform for discussion and debate, and opinions expressed by users do not reflect the views of TownSquare.

10. Indemnification
